New “Baltic Trust Bank” mortgage bonds to be listed on the RSE 



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 16, 2005 to list, starting with 

November 22, 2005, 30,000  JSC “Baltic Trust Bank” BTB 5YR EUR C01 series mortgage bonds on 

the RSE Bond list. Nominal value is EUR 100. The mortgage bonds mature on August 15, 2010; 

coupon rate is 6-month EUR LIBOR+1.00%. Coupon is paid on semi-annual basis on February 15 

and on August 15. ISIN code is LV0000800290, the RSE trading code is BTBBFLOT10BB and SAXESS 

order book technical ID is 31954.   

The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission and is
