Regarding price and number of shares of APB Apranga



Regarding the decision of the shareholders of APB Apranga to increase the authorized 

capital out of the company funds on December 5, 2005, the last paid price of the shares is 

recalculated to LTL 9.09 and the number of share has been changed within the VSE trading system 

SAXESS TM. The new number of shares will be registered with CSDL after the increase of the 

authorized capital of the company (the previous number – 8822990 units, the new number – 

35291960 units).
