We would like to inform you, that on the 6th of December 2005 

the decision was made to increase the amount of the authorised capital 

of the Bank subsidiary private limited liability company “Interfa” up 

to 1.6 million litas and to change the name into private limited liability 

company “Snoro fondu valdymas”.
