NEW SELVER STORE IN PÄRNU



In spring 2007 AS A-Selver, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, will open

a new supermarket in Pärnu. The new Selver will be situated on two properties in

the following addresses: Tallinna mnt 93a and Roheline 80. The total size of

properties is approximately 7000 sq m. Real estate belongs to Tallinna Kaubamaja

Kinnisvara AS, full subsidiary on Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.
