The Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi met yesterday, 13th of December, to

discuss the following:



   - Approval of AS Tallinna Vesi budget for 2006

   - Timetable for Supervisory Council meetings and general meetings of the

     shareholders for 2006



The members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Jim  Southworth  (Chairman

of the Supervisory Council), David Kilgour, Joakim Forsberg,  Marion  Price,  Rein

Ratas, Elmar Sepp, Toivo Tootsen, Helo Meigas and Valdur Laid.
