Trading in securities of Alytaus Tekstile AB will be renewed



On December 15, 2005, trading in securities of Alytaus Tekstile AB (LT0000100901  ATK1L) 

will be renewed.

At the meeting it was decided to reduce the authorized capital of the company. 

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the 

company by additional contributions.
