Trading in securities of Alytaus Tekstile AB will be suspended



On December 19, 2005, trading in ORS of Alytaus Tekstile AB (LT0000100901  ATK1L) 

will be suspended until the day of correction of the general securities

account in the Central Depository.

Paragraph 15.6 of the Stock Exchange Trading Rules (Decrease of the authorised 

capital by pro rata reduction of the number of shares held by each shareholder).
