             Regarding resolutions of the meeting of Supervisory Board



On 15th of December at 12 a.m. there took place a meeting of Supervisory Board in

Dvarcioniu keramika.



Resolved:

Przemyslaw Jaciubek retired from the position of Chairman of Supervisory Board.

Slawomir Frackowiak was elected as chairman of Supervisory Board.

Finance Director Geraldas Kudrevi?ius was elected as a member of the Board.
