Citigroup informed AS Tallink Grupp that on 9 December 2005, the holding 

of Citigroup affiliated entities in AS Tallink Grupp fell below 5%. 

As of 08:00 EET on 15 December 2005, such holding amounted to 4.4042%, 

including shares held by Citigroup International Finance Corporation 

representing 3.3082%.
