About intention to acquire a block of shares of GUBERNIJA



On the 21st of December GUBERNIJA received Vitas Tomkus

notice about intention to acquire 43,89 % authorized capital 

of GUBERNIJA from Mr. Takhir Shabaev. The total sum of the 

transaction is LTL 15 500 000.

The immediate transaction will be realized in the nearest 

future in Vilnius stock exchange through the mediation of “Finasta”.
