AB “Baltic Property Trust”, a subsidiary of Baltic Property Trust A/S, on 21

December 2005 decided to sell to a third party the administrative building

located at Dominikonų g. 5, Vilnius, and any other assets related to it.



Dominikonų g. 5 was acquired by Baltic Property Trust (BPT) in 2001 and

has since been a valued property. However, as part of a larger strategy to

consolidate the BPT portfolio the decision has been made to sell the building 

at a time when market conditions are favorable.
