Share transfer procedure initiated for JSC “Grindeks” shares to the Main list



Riga Stock Exchange on December 22, 2005 received an application from 

JSC “Grindeks” requesting transfer of shares to the RSE Main list.

 

The RSE Management Board resolution on transfer will be made public 

immediately after it has been taken.
