ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONDITIONAL LISTING OF VIISNURK SHARES

 

On August 17, 2001, the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing 

Committee decided to satisfy application of AS Viisnurk and to list

850,000 publicly issued ordinary shares conditionally on the 

TSE Secondary List.

 

The resolution will become effective after the issued shares have 

been registered as subscription notes with the Estonian Central 

Depository for Securities.

 

 

TSE
