RESTRUCTURING



Additions to the stock-exchange release:



The process of selling the Building Materials and the Sporting Goods

divisions is targeted to take from three to six months.



The company does not intend to take on any additional outside equity capital

in the process of the restructuring.



The company has requested that the suspension of its shares on the Tallinn

Stock Exchange be ended.
