AS KLEMENTI SUBSIDIARY IN LATVIA



On 9 October 2003 AS Klementi acquired the retail company

SIA Vision. SIA Vision rents two sales premises in Riga

and has a long history of selling Klementi products.

Before abovementioned transaction AS Klementi had no

participating interest in the company.



This transaction cannot be treated as a transaction with 

connected persons within the meaning of TSE Rules 

Requirements for Issuers article 7.11.2.4.
