MERKO EHITUS: RESULTS OF SALE AND EXERCISE OF CALL OPTIONS FOR 

E.L.L. 

KINNISVARA AS SHARES

 

Total of 9 999 443 call options were issued. Majority shareholder 

AS 

Merko Group bought 2 155 040 call options from the minority 

shareholders, and 7 402 362 call options issued directly to AS 

Merko 

Group. Minority shareholders bought total of 216 797 call options; 

225 244 call options remained unexercised.

 

The majority shareholder AS Merko Group has bought and exercised 

call 

options for 95.58% of the shares of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS, minority 

shareholders have exercised call options for 2.17% of the shares of 

E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS; volume of unexercised call options amounts to 

2.25% of the shares of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS.
