LAUNCH OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS



Pursuant to the project management agreement with AS Tornimäe Kinnisvara 

AS Merko Ehitus launched construction of condominium, business and

office building in Tallinn (address Tartu mnt. 16B). At first stage 

sales and office area will be completed, the cost of which is about

EEK 25 million plus VAT. At second stage apartments will be completed. 

The total area of the building will be 5000 m2 and it will be ready 

by 10 months.
