PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT



AS Merko Ehitus and OÜ Nevilar made a project management 

agreement for construction of three apartment houses in Tallinn

(address Tuvi 12). The total area of the apartment houses is

13,095.1 m2.



The construction works will be launched in May 2001. The first

apartment house will be completed in March 2002, the second 

in June 2002, and the third in December 2002.



Sale of apartments is authorized to E.L.L.Kinnisvara AS 

by OÜ Nevilar.
