ANNOUNCEMENT

 

NEW CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

 

AS Merko Ehitus will construct a new courthouse in Tartu, on 

Lillemägi address Kalevi Street 1, according to the contract made 

between the Ministry of Justice, AS Merko Ehitus and AS Hansa 

Liising Eesti on 09.07.2001.

 

AS Hansa Liising Eesti will finance the construction.

 

The building will be in the ministry's use from 10.07.2002. The 

total coverage of the building is 11 000 m2, the volume of the 

building is about 45 000m3.

 

The cost of the land was 4 million EEK. The total expense with VAT 

of the construction itself is 112.5 million EEK, the projection 2.9 

million EEK, external communications and connection fees 5.2 

million EEK, roads, parking places and the green area costs 4.0 

million EEK.
