CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



AS Merko Ehitus and Fiesta Real Estate AS has concluded a contract for 

construction works of first fullselection Citymarket in Baltic States 

and it is situated in Haabersti. The total area of the building will 

be 12 000 m2.  

Construction works will be launched during May and the building

will be opened at the beginning of December 2002. 150 employees will

be provided with jobs.
