Concluding a contract



On February 9th 2005 AS Tartu Veevärk and the consortium of AS Merko Ehitus

and AS Skanska EMV concluded a contract for construction of expansion and

rehabilitation of Tartu water and sewerage network.

Price of the contract is EUR 18 490 609,59 (ca 290 000 000 kroons), plus VAT.

Completion time for the works is set on December 2006.
