Concluding a contract



On September 9th 2005 AS Merko Ehitus and Eesti Pank concluded a contract

for reconstruction works of office building of Bank of Estonia, address

Sakala st. 6, Tallinn.

Price of the contract is EEK 51,7 million (EUR 3,6 million), plus VAT.

Completion time for the works is set on July 2006.
