NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER

 

On 10.11.1999 the Supervisory Board of AS Kalev appointed Üllar 

Udras (AS Kalev financial director) as the second member of the 

company's Management Board. Boris Oks (director of production) was 

appointed to the Management Board as of 24.08.1999.
