ANNOUNEMENT

NEW CEO OF AS EKSEKO

 

According to the resolutions of the Supervisory Boards of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat and its subsidiary AS Ekseko, Peeter ERGMA, the current 

CEO of AS Ekseko, will resign from his position as of 01.09.1999.  

P. Ergma has worked in AS Ekseko as of 1975. The company has developed 

under his management into the largest pig breeding company in the 

Baltic states.

 

Mati TUVI (34), the current Production Director of AS Ekseko, will take 

the seat of the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of AS Ekseko 

as of 01.09.1999. M. Tuvi is the graduate of Eesti Põllumajanduse 

Akadeemia (Estonian Agricultural Academy) veterinary department. 

M. Tuvi has been employed by AS Ekseko as of 03.02.1997. His previous 

work experience include veterinary of ELVI Seakasvatus (Aug.1990-

Sept.1996) and CEO of ESVTS Aretusühistu Seemendusjaam (Oct. 1996 - 

Feb.1997).
