REORGANIZATION PLAN BY ADVANTAGE LIFE PRODUCTS, INC.

 

Advantage Life Products Inc, the majority shareholder of ASA 

Kindlustus AS (67.91%), informed about its representatives' 

visit to Estonia on September 10, 1999. The purpose of the 

visit is to present to the Insurance Inspectorate the 

preliminary reorganization plan of ASA Kindlustus AS and AB 

Elukindlustuse AS.

 

In accordance with the time schedule agreed with the Insurance 

Inspectorate, Advantage Life Products Inc is to complete the 

reorganization plan by October 1, 1999.
