SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS

 

On 09.09.1999, the Management Board of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase 

AS discussed the subscription results of the company's share issue.

The subscription period lasted 25.08.- 31.08.1999. In accordance with 

the report on investors' list submitted by the Estonian Central Depository 

for Securities, 8843 shares in Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS (in value 

of 88430 EEK) were subsribed for during the course of the issue.

 

The Management Board resolved to cancel the share issue (pursuant to §347 

of the Commercial Code) and to suspend the share capital increase. 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS will return the payments for shares 

subscribed.
