DEPOSITING OF ASA KINDLUSTUS AS SHARES

 

Advantage Life Products Inc, the majority shareholder of 

ASA Kindlustus AS (67.91%), announced that in accordance 

with the request of the Insurance Inspectorate, it 

deposited 2,399,803 shares of ASA Kindlustus AS (67.91% of 

share capital) and 1,830,326 shares of AB Elukindlustuse AS 

(74.18% of share capital) on its securities account at the 

Estonian Central Depository for Securities.
