Based on the application submitted on 09.08.99, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange started the procedure for listing of 2 510 560 

additionally 

issued Leks Kindlustus shares on the TSE Secondary List.

As of 09.08.99, 2 631 680 shares of Leks Kindlustuse AS are listed 

on 

the TSE Secondary List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
