ISSUE OF TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE AS SHARES

 

The Securities Inspectorate of the Republic of Estonia registered 

on 

10.08.99 the issue of 600 000 common shares of TFT AS. 

 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS (Tondi 33, Tallinn) announces that the 

subscription period for Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas share issue will 

begin 

on Wednesday, 25.08.1999 and will end on 31.08.1999. 

 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas will issue 600 000 nominal common shares 

with 

a face value and issue price of 10 EEK. 

 

The subscription rights holders are entitled to subscribe for the 

shares to be issued. Subscription rights belong to the shareholders 

of 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS, who are listed in the fixed list as 

of 

17.05.1999 at 08:00 a.m., in accordance with number of shares in 

their 

ownership as of 08:00 a.m. on 17.05.1999. Each share grants its 

holder 

the right to obtain one subscription right; seven subscription 

rights 

grant the right to obtain one share to be issued. The subscription 

rights are freely transferable.

 

In order to subscribe for the shares to be issued, a person will 

submit 

the respective application via account operator of the Estonian 

Central 

Depository for Securities ("ECDS"). 

The account operators of the Estonian Central Depository for 

Securities 

are Eesti Krediidipank (address Narva St. 4, Tallinn); Eesti 

Ühispank 

(address Tornimäe 2, Tallinn); Hansapank (address Liivalaia St. 8, 

Tallinn) and Optiva Pank (address Narva St. 11, Tallinn). 

 

Payment deadline for shares to be issued is 15.09.1999.

 

The terms of the issue and the issue prospectus are available as of 

11.08.99 at the headquarters of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS (Tondi 

33, 

Tallinn).
