The Securities Inspectorate is currently reviewing the application 

submitted by TFT AS to register the additional issue of TFT AS 

shares.

 

Preparations for the share issue are in the final stage. Due to the 

need to book space in the newspaper, TFT AS submitted the text of 

the 

respective announcement to “Päevaleht” beforehand.

 

Due to a regrettable error, “Päevaleht” published the announcement 

about the issue of TFT AS shares before proper time; tomorrow’s 

paper 

should contain a respective correction. 

 

As of today, the issue of TFT AS shares is not yet registered with 

the Securities Inspectorate. The respective announcements will be 

published as soon as the issue is registered.
