REPORT: CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS

 

Compared to the previously published standings (14.06.99), no 

substantial changes have taken place in the structures of 

shareholders 

of the companies listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange as of 

19.07.99.

 

Such changes will be published in cases where following a disposal 

or 

acquisition of the issuer’s shares, the proportion of the voting 

rights 

of these shares reaches, exceeds or falls below any of the 

following 

levels: 5%, 10%, 20%, 33%, 50% or 66%.
