determining call options on AS E.L.L. Kinnisvara shares to be 

disposed.

 

Proceeding from the above, the shares of Merko Ehitus are traded 

cum-

rights until today, 13.07.99. The shares of Merko Ehitus will go 

ex-

rights as of tomorrow, 14.07.99.
