CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

 

The representatives of AS Merko Ehitus and SRV Development Oy 

(subsidiary of SRV Grupp) undersigned on 12.07.99 an agreement for 

construction of Astlanda Kompleks. Astlanda Kompleks, located 

Rävala 

road 3, Tallinn, will include a 300 room-hotel "Radisson SAS Hotel 

Tallinn" and 6000 m2 of office premises. Two-part building will 

have 

a total of 29000 m2 of modern hotel rooms and office premises.  

Construction will begin immediately. Both hotel and office building 

will be completed by January 2001. Cost of the contract is ca 300 

million EEK.
