MERGER OF AS ÜHISPANGA ELUKINDLUSTUS AND LEKS ELUKINDLUSTUSE AS

 

Eesti Ühispank hereby announces that proceeding from the 

resolutions 

of the general meetings of AS Ühispanga Elukindlustus shareholders 

and Leks Elukindlustuse AS shareholders, Indrek Holst (on behalf of 

the Management Board of AS Ühispanga Elukindlustus) and Katrin 

Holst 

(on behalf of the Management Board of Leks Elukindlustuse AS) 

signed 

on 05.07.1999 a contract of merger of the two life insurance 

companies.
