APPROVED SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS FOR THE ISSUE OF XV-SERIES BONDS 

 

In accordance with the Hüvitusfond Management and Supervisory Boards' 

resolutions, the volume of issue of Hüvitusfond XV-series bonds was 

increased to EEK 58 332 800 due to oversubscription. Hence all 

subscription applications, which were filled out in accordance with the 

issue prospectus and have matching Privatization Voucher (EVP) transfers, 

will be satisfied.

Total of 926 investors (mainly private persons) participated in the issue. 

The issue was oversubscribed by EEK 38 332 800. Total of 158 081 888 EVPs 

were cancelled through the issue of Hüvitusfond XV-series bonds.
