LISTING OF AS EESTI ÜHISPANK SHARES

 

Pursuant to the TSE Listing Committee’s 11.06.99 decision, 410 939 

ordinary shares of AS Eesti Ühispank issued to Nederlandse 

Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V (FMO), are 

conditionally listed on the Main List of the Tallinn Stock Exchange. 

 

The decision will become effective after registration of increase 

in the share capital in the Commercial Register and registration of 

shares issued in the Estonian Central Depository for Securities.
