IFC APPROVED THE LOAN APPLICATION OF AS REVAL HOTELLIGRUPP

 

An international finance corporation IFC approved on 03.06.99 the 

loan application of Reval Hotelligrupp AS.

 

The council of IFC approved the decision to lend to AS Reval 

Hotelligrupp up to 8 million USD, and invest up to 2 million USD in 

the owners’ equity of Reval Hotelligrupi AS. 

 

Details of this transaction will be released upon conclusion of loan 

contract.

 

he loan agreement with the IFC is part of the company’s capital 

restructuring process. The funds raised in the process will be used 

to refinance outstanding three and four-year loans and build up a 

financial resource needed to launch new hotel projects.
