PRELIMINARY CONTRACT FOR DISPOSAL OF SHAREHOLDING IN AS EESTI SPAR

 

AS Estiko undersigned a preliminary contract for disposal of shares 

in AS Eesti Spar, which are currently held by AS Estiko. Pursuant to 

the preliminary contract, the share purchase contract could be 

concluded on 07.06.1999 at the latest.

AS Estiko has 51% shareholding in AS Eesti-Spar.
