SUBSCRIPTION OF SHARE ISSUE TO FMO

 

On April 10th, 1999,  the AGM  of AS  Eesti Ühispank decided to   make

a closed issue  in  the   amount  of   410'939  ordinary   shares   to

the  Nederlandse  Financierings-Maatschappij  voor Ontwikkelingslanden

(FMO).   On  May  20th,  1999,  the  Estonian  Securities  Supervision

Authority issued  the registration  certificate no.  RVPA-276 to Eesti

Ühispank  certifying  registration  of  the  issue.  According  to the

decision of the AGM the  deadline for subscription and payment  is May

21st, 1999. AS Eesti Ühispank notifies that FMO has subscribed to  all

of the 410'939 shares issued and has paid for the shares in accordance

with the decision of the AGM.
