ÜHISPANK ISSUED BONDS FOR 35.5 MILLION EUROS

 

As part of  its EMTN programme  Eesti Ühispank issued  on Monday, 17th

of  May,  bonds  in  the  amount  of 35.5 million euros (553.8 million

Estonian kroons). Maturity  of the bonds  is three years  and interest

rate Euribor plus 3.125 per cent.

 

On the  first year  the interest  of Ühispank's  bonds is Euribor plus

3.3875 per cent, the two next years the interest rate is Euribor  plus

3.125 per cent.

 

The  issue  was  arranged  by  Nomura  International  plc.  The  issue

constitutes approximately 3 per cent of the Bank's balance sheet.
