CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF STOCK EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP STATUS

 

The Management Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) decided on 13.05.1999 

to cancel the Exchange membership statuses of Eesti Hoiupank, Tallinna Pank, 

EVEA Pank and ERA Pank, and terminate the Exchange membership status of Tempelman 

Securities, based on the respective written application.

 

The decision of cancellation of the Exchange membership statuses is based on 

article 11.5.3 of chapter "Requirements for Issuers" of the TSE Rules and 

Regulations. The decision of termination of the Exchange membership status 

is based on article 13.1.1 of chapter "Requirements for Issuers" of the TSE 

Rules and Regulations. 

 

TSE
