SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS OF AS PRO KAPITAL CONVERTIBLE BONDS

 

 

AS Pro Kapital will fix the list of shareholders on 15.05.99 for 

determining subscription rights for the convertible bonds to be 

issued based on the respective resolution of the 15.04.99 annual 

general meeting of shareholders.

 

Proceeding from the above, the shares of AS Pro Kapital are traded 

cum-rights for the last day today, on 11.05.99. The shares will go 

ex-rights for subscription for convertible bonds from tomorrow, 

12.05.99.
