REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL OF TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE AS

 

 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS will fix the list of shareholders for 

reduction of share capital on 17.05.99.

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS are 

traded cum-date for the last day today, on 11.05.99. The shares will 

go ex-date for reduction of share capital from tomorrow, 12.05.99.

 

The share capital of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS will be reduced 

from 37 700 340 EEK to 12 500 000 EEK, in the course of which a total 

of 2 520 034 nominal ordinary shares will be proportionally 

cancelled.
