CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS PRO KAPITAL SHARES

 

Pursuant to the TSE Listing Committee’s 20.04.99 decision, 9 000 000 

ordinary shares of AS Pro Kapital issued via public issue, are 

conditionally  listed on the Secondary List of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange. The decision will become effective after registration of 

the increase in the share capital in the Commercial Register and 

Estonian Central Depository for Securities.
