TRADE IN AS EESTI ÜHISPANK SHARES

 

According to the Listing Committee’s 19.04.99 decision, 15 000 000 

ordinary shares of AS Eesti Ühispank, issued via direct issue on  

03.12.98, are additionally listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange Main 

List. Thus, as of 20.04.99 there are altogether 66 151 004 ordinary 

shares of AS Eesti Ühispank listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange. 

 

Trading takes place on dealer market.

Minimum lot is 2000 and price tick 0.1 EEK.
