ABOUT MERGER OF TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS AND LITHUANIAN KPC

 

The 27.10.1999 Lithuanian KPC shareholders' general meeting approved 

the exchange of shares with the majority shareholders of Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS, as a result of which the Lithuanian KPC will have 86.6% 

shareholding in Tallinna Külmhoone AS.

The 9-months 1999 net sales of Lithuanian KPC totaled 19.976 mln LTL, 

and net profit 2.306 mln LTL. The company sold in 9 months 2282 tons 

of ice-cream.
