CONTRACT BETWEEN LEKS KINDLUSTUSE AS AND SHELL EESTI AS 

 

The Chairman of the Management Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS, Raul 

Kastan, and member of the Management Board of Shell Eesti AS, Kaido 

Kaare, concluded on 16.02.99 a cooperation contract, according to which 

the Leks Kindlustus TPL insurance policies can be made in the gas 

stations of Shell Eesti AS and EK AS in Estonia.

 

The aforementioned contract includes eight (8) stations of Shell Eesti 

AS, and twelve (12) stations of EK AS all over Estonia. The forecasted 

TPL insurance turnover of Shell Eesti AS amounts to 15 million EEK 

annually.
