CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS HANSAPANK SHARES 

 

According to the Listing Committee’s 23.02.99 decision, 5 219 984 

ordinary shares of AS Hansapank are conditionally listed on the TSE 

main list. The decision will come to force after the registration of 

the increase of share capital in the Commercial Register, and 

registration of shares to be issued in the Estonian Central Depository 

for Securities.
