PRO KAPITAL HOLDS NEGOTIATIONS FOR SALE OF OÜ VIRUÄRI 

 

The Management Board of AS Pro Kapital has started negotiations 

with foreign investors in order to sell OÜ Viruäri, which owns 

business premises in Demini department store, located in Tallinn 

Old Town. 

 

Pro Kapital currently owns 56.1% holding in OÜ Viruäri, which in 

turn owns business premises in Demini department store in 

Tallinn. According to the preliminary agenda, the results of 

negotiations and specific terms of potential sale transaction 

should become clear within a week. 

 

Reconstruction and restoration of Demini department store 

(developed by Pro Kapital, located on the corner of Viru and Vene 

streets in Tallinn Old Town) for business premises and apartments 

cost 75 million EEK. The building has 5 land floors, plus a 

cellar floor. The cellar and three bottom floors are used as 

business premises, and two top floors are exclusive apartments. 

The general area of the building located on 1,200 m2 estate is 

3,900 square meters.
