RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

The Supervisory Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange made on its 

27.01.99 meeting the following resolutions.

 

1. The Supervisory Board appointed the following members to the 

Surveillance Committee:

1) Ago Haabpiht, previous head of trading and surveillance 

department of TSE;

2) Urmas Kaarlep, partner and management board member of 

PriceWaterhouseCoopers;

3) Kilvar Kessler, Tark & Co. attorney;

4) Andres Kurgpõld, deputy head of Banking Supervision 

Department;

5) Marek Mägi, managing director of Securities Inspectorate;

6) Gert Tiivas; managing director of TSE;

7) Kaido Tropp, deputy head of Insurance Inspectorate.

 

The Surveillance Committee is the body of the TSE, which inspects 

the compliance of the exchange members’ activities on the stock 

exchange (including conclusion, clearance and settlement of the 

transactions, provision of investment services and other 

activities) with the Rules and Regulations of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange. 

 

2. The Supervisory Board approved the fees for the stock exchange 

members. The new fees will become effective starting from 

01.02.1999. The price list will be available on the TSE Internet 

homepage "Rules and Regulations" (www.tse.ee/rules/rules.htm).

 

3. The Supervisory Board approved the principles of the remote 

member status of the stock exchange. The Supervisory Board 

authorized the Management Board to prepare the amendments 

concerning the status of the remote member to the TSE Rules and 

Regulations.

 

4. The Supervisory Board approved the amendments to the following 

sections of the TSE Rules and Regulations: "Listing Rules", 

"Listing Particulars for the Admission of Shares " and 

"Requirements for Issuers". The amendments will come to force 

starting from February 27, 1999; they will specify the listing 

procedure and information disclosure requirements for issuers.
